Lights not working, bath shower is broken, AC never worked.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist, without offering any greeting, immediately asked if I spoke English — ironically while using a translator. The room was dirty, as shown in the attached photo. I requested a room change, but although the linens appeared clean, the room was dusty and the furniture was old, stained, and torn. The overall condition was far below expectations and certainly not worth the price I paid. During my six-day stay, I also had to personally request for the room to be cleaned. Even then, when I returned later in the afternoon, the cleaning had not yet been completed, and I was asked to wait. This level of service was highly disappointing.

天花板有蜘蛛網，房間洗澡會漏水之外，還有爬行動物，預訂的房間照片跟實際不符，不會再去第二次了

値段の割に部屋が汚くて、自分で除菌シートであちこちふきました。 ソファーも古くて結構ぼろぼろでした！ フェイスタオルは3枚！でも、かなり使い古してました。バスタオルはなぜか一枚しかなかったので、フロントに言って2枚もらいましたが何か不思議そうな顔をしていました。

MRT往十里駅から３番出口（エレベータ有） 駅にはイーマート１F　上にはレストラン街　便利 ホテルの周りには焼肉、海鮮レストラン多いが基本２人前から　大通り沿いのファーストフードが便利

The property was fine and the stay pleasamt enough for one night. Annoying the electric sockets by the bed were broken, so I had to use the one in the bathroom.

沖涼花灑嚴重漏水。床單污糟 無換。清潔好hea。 一插卡會自動開電視，要有心理準備。

Although the room was spacious for two people, the hotel was quite old.

A good location to transport and spacious room, however the property is ageing, a mouldy bathroom and intermittent sewer smells.
