I had to spend a night in Hong Kong unexpectedly. I chose this hotel because it was a short walk from West Kowloon rail station. It was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in many years. The room was tiny (especially the bathroom, which was basically a shower stall) and shabby and smelled of cigarettes. The bed was so hard that I had to check to see if it actually had a mattress. But the sheets were clean, the AC worked, and, since I was just there to sleep, it was, in the end, fine.

Rooms a little older but clean and comfortable with everything one needs. Staff was helpful and courteous. Perfect location with 1-15 minute walking distance of busses, trains, ferrys, parks, outdoor markets, and harbour. Local shops, stores, and dining spots are plentiful.

Room condition was not up to standard. Lot of mold smell and paint peeling off the walls.

This place was dreadful, I was also charged HK$600 for this horrible place, but I would not stay there again even if it was free.

ข้อดี สถานที่ตั้ง ใกล้ MTR Jordan มีรถบัสผ่านหลายสาย สามารถนั่งตรงจากสนามบินมาถึง เดินไม่ไกล ถึงโรงแรมเลย ราคาดี ไม่แพง เหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ ถ้าคุณจ่ายในราคานี้ ก็ต้องรับให้ได้ในสภาพ และพื้นที่ห้องแบบนี้ สำหรับฉันมันโอเค ข้อเสีย ฉันไปช่วงธันวาคม อากาศหนาว มีบางวันน้ำไม่ร้อน ในห้องเห็นกลิ่นบุหรี่มาก ไม่แน่ใจว่ามาทางไหน แต่บริเวณหน้าโรงแรมมีผู้คนสูบบุหรี่เยอะ เพราะเป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวและตลาด พนักงานต้อนรับวันที่ฉันไปค่อนข้างมีสีหน้าที่ไม่เป็นมิตร พูดจาไม่ดี แววต้าไม่ต้อนรับแขก สุดท้ายถ้าเป็นทริปประหยัด ฉันว่าที่นี่โอเคมากๆ ทั้งราคา สถานที่ตั้ง สภาพห้อง และถ้าฉันมีทริปประหยัดอีก ฉันไม่ลังเลที่จะกลับมาพักที่นี่

I got a small but cozy room. Overall it is clean and quite suitable for people like me who needs a comfortable overnight stay.

Good location and clean but the room is very small.

I have heard about such hotel rooms in Hong Kong but fortunately never had to use one before January 2025. Heavy travel Calendar/Lunar New Year season leads to wild price hikes by ripoff owners in HK - eg. high rate for closet with toilet in tiny corner washroom. Receptionist friendly, space (cannot be called a room) was clean though no waste basket. Probably would not be legal in Guangzhou. GZ far beats out HK style capitalism for fair rates & higher quality accommodation.
