There wasn’t a bathroom inside of the room and you will have homemate who are living another rooms if I go again to Florence, I will not book from this hotel

Hallway around the room smelled of strong smoke. City tax payment was requested in cash only and was very inconvenient to arrange/coordinate. Was not a hotel, it more of an apartment. But the room was great with balcony.

Really good hotel i will definitely recomend

Clean room

The room sucked. Bed is uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The bathroom situation is horrible. They just give you one towel and not even towel to dry your hands.. I would not recommend staying here. It is such a rip off.

Limited toilet , shower & lavatory for many guests including toiletries , unsafe in case of fire due to poor , very old locks of doors , no complimentary coffee/tea or snack , overall poor condition for the amount of money being paid .

This was a wonderful place to stay. Easy check in with good instructions and the facilities were great. Close to the train station and the city and a tram right out side and buses a block away. Would recommend this to anyone.

Good location, quite noisy, owner was rlly helpful and friendly.

Easy check in, good location. Everyting is good and clean. Easy to go city center by walking - 15 minutes. And public transports are very close.

Even though the hostess send an email with the instructions, when checking in it was not so obvious how to get in. In fact, some people working there on the building opened the door for us. When I called the hostess, she was kind of rood, instead of explaining kindly again, she kept saying what didnt I understand and if I have read the email with the indications and in a tone like I was bothering her. Then the rest was correct, except there wasnt anything to dry the floor when taking a shower.
