Uye and family were super friendly and were the perfect hosts. The banana pancakes and fresh fruit for breakfast were awesome and there was a great breakfast selection. Handy location as well so would highly recommend and will willingly stay again.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, great location that’s close enough to old town without the noise/busy streets/noise. Would highly recommend to anyone exploring Hoi An. Looking forward to our next stay here! Thank you for hosting us Uyen!

The owners (Yuen and Lim) are wonderful, they really went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay with them. The room was quite large and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and filling, we had pancakes made by Lim and the pool was great for a dip in the hot and humid weather. It was relaxing and stress free. It's a little gem hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I highly recommend staying there and great value.

The second we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Beautiful, family run villas by the gorgeous Uyen and her family. Our room was big, the bed comfortable and the bathroom, verandah and pool all wonderfully clean and tidy. For $28 AUD (plus taxes) per night, including breakfast, this stay has been the best, and great value for money. Because you are about 2-3km from the busy Hoi An centre, it’s quiet, but you may have to wait 15 min for a taxi into town. They were still cheap though, 30,000 VND (about $2 AUD) one way and 125,000 VND ($8 AUD) or so back. Bikes are provided to borrow, I just wasn’t very confident to ride on the streets. Would love to come back again, and this was our first time in Vietnam. I couldn’t recommend Trendy Life Villa enough

This little villa is great. Located in a nice quiet back street. The staff are incredible. I arrived early, about 10am. The owner said to take a seat and she went and got me a drink. She said that my room was being cleaned and then she went and helped the cleaner finish cleaning it. By about 10.15 she took me to my room and it was spotless. On my last morning I missed breakfast and one of the other staff members knocked on my door and gave me a fruit platter because they were worried I was hungry. Beyond impressed with the service here.
