Great hotel although if you are staying on floor 7 then there’s only one lift but nothing hotel can do apart from their best!

Stayed here mainly for the location. The train station is only about a 2-minute walk away, which made everything really easy. The staff was friendly. Area felt safe and there are shops and places to eat nearby. Hotel was clean and fine for a short stay. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Good option if you want to be right next to the station.

Nonye - the young lady on reception was brilliant. We had a problem with our check in and she sorted it out for us.

Excellent breakfast. Clean room, if a bit small for two people with luggage, but it is in a good location, near a tube stop and the British Museum. We were initially on the top floor during a heatwave, with no air conditioning and limited air flow, which was so stifling hot, but the staff kindly moved us to a lower floor which was cooler. Quiet room.

Great location. Half a block from Russell Square. Close to numerous bus stops and the Underground. Just a few minutes walk from the British Museum. Rooms do not have air conditioning. Free cold filtered water is available to refill your water bottles. Several restaurants and convenience stores are nearby.

Hotel is very well located and confortable, but no air conditioning

The hotel has dated rooms but newer bathrooms. It doesn’t have air con and the rear of the hotel is a building site. Meaning on a hot day with the windows open you cannot avoid feeling like your on site

The hotel location is good. It has no air conditioning! If you are looking for a hotel with AC then this ain’t the one. For the money it is very good value though. There are plenty of dining options at the food court 2 minutes away. The beds are smaller than usual double beds but are comfortable.

Well ! In the heat of summer we got the room that you can’t open the windows Room super slow, no power outlet on any walls Expect one next to bed Twin bed is extremely small Front desk Divyang and Yasmina were so kind and helpful to give us a bigger room with more windows

Good central location very close to Russell Square tube station. The hotel provides great value and high standard of accommodation. However, our stay coincided with a high Sunmer temperatures in London and the bedrooms have no air conditioning, although a fan was provided, but this inadequate. During the booking process there was no reference to there being no AC in the bedrooms. I’d recommend this hotel but not during June through August.
