The hotel was just ok. Good location. I was there with my husband and 23 year old son. We went across the street for gelato and came back to our hotel to sit at one of the outside tables outside our bar. The bartender rudely told us if we weren’t ordering anything we couldn’t sit there. I 100% would understand that if it were busy. They have about 20 outdoor tables and EVERY single one was empty!! So they lost out on our business, because we were there four days and enjoyed ourselves at other hotel bars.

Air conditioning doesn’t go lower than 22 Celsius. Toe nail on my floor with dead bugs (have pics). Complained about room smelling like broccoli every day, reception agreed it smelled, gave me spray to make it smell better. Shower didn’t work, shower head placed in middle of shower and kept falling down. Maintenance fixed the falling but agreed position was less than optimal. Asked to switch rooms and it was denied in a roundabout way. Good location, nice evening staff but definitely grossed out.

Nice location.

We enjoyed how helpful the staff were during our stay with any questions that we had. All the staff hold hospitality to a high regard. The hotel is central in the town and perfectly close to many amenities.

Brilliant location, very good breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very good place

Switzerland is the place to visit. Hey Hotel is the place to stay.

Everything about this hotel was perfect: location, cleanliness, staff, etc

AC worked great. Very comfortable during hot times. Breakfast is amazing.
