The staff were very helpful and friendly. We paid for 14 days of breakfast but only ate it on the first day. Need more western food and vegetarian.
However room 337 was very damp from the air con. It spat water everywhere and made everything damp. Bed, clothing etc. We put up with the dampness for 14 days! We never felt dry or clean the whole time.

Foid wasnt available for our breakfast dome dats. Renovation very noisy. Our room glass door fell off and our room ftont door kept jamming. We paid for your lagoon rooms and we had people walking down our stairs and trying to fet our roo. They thought it was the massage parlour. My partner had 2 confronting situations were he had to stop people walikng in our room while i was asleep. We made all our disappointing issues clear to your staff at ftont counter. This made for a very stressful stay
