多馬恩酒店 (The Domain Hotel)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

There is a nice breakfast, pool, exercise room, nice happy hour. Beds are comfortable and pillows big and fluffy.

Initial room was not great, but after upgrading got a better one.

The rooms are clean. The location is ideal. Staff is friendly. The breakfast is good.

Maintenance is not good. You need to ask for room service before and even at the service date multiple times.

We recently stayed at the Domain Hotel and overall had a good experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and our stay was enjoyable. Unfortunately, the pool area needs better maintenance. One of the pool filter covers was missing, and while my daughter was walking in the pool, her leg went into the open filter area. She ended up with a pretty bad bruise. Thankfully nothing was broken, but it could have been much worse. It was a frustrating experience that could have been prevented with proper upkeep. I hope the hotel addresses this issue quickly so no other families have to deal with the same thing and make sure the covers can't be removed or check daily to make sure they are covered. Aside from that, our stay was good, but the pool safety definitely needs more attention.

Pretty nice place, clean, good service and breakfast 😋

The staff was excellent. Very accommodating, though I made some changes at the last minute. I was very pleased. We had a suite, and the only complaint I’ve had is that the couch sleeper, still had used sheets. When I brought this up to the front desk‘s attention, they were very apologetic, and clean sheets were provided right away. They offered help to set it up. Aside this minor incident the staff was excellent. The breakfast was good, and I was happy to see that it wasn’t the same exact thing every day. I stayed for five nights. I would stay at this place again without any hesitation.

It was clean and comfortable. A great deal for the price

The one convenience of any hotel is a clean bed - this hotel was NOT clean and had bed bugs . I was here for one night and cancelled the rest of my stay . I will not return .

Friendly staff, very nice stay
