Good hotel. Very close to the bus stop. Hotel is clean.

The staff were kind and available 24/7! The room was all I needed and it was in a good location for the right price.

Good room. Good connection to bus 91 which you can use to get to the underground. Place is clean.

Too far from Duomo, staffs were friendly

Easy check in, wifi worked, bed was comfy. It was very hot and it was only April when we visited, but the AC was not working. Far away from city centre but not an issue if you like to walk (40 ish mins). A few good restaurants and cafes around, very close to bus stops as well

very clean room. friendly staff does double duty at front desk and breakfast room. hotel very close to bus stops.would recommend to friends.

The room was very expensive for a lower than base ammenities - we had to pay for water, no toiletries included. The area did not feel safe, especially at night.

The staff are all very friendly and ready to assist!Good breakfast, tasty cakes)

Local area was a dump
