Really lovely hotel ideal for families. The staff are very helpful and go far beyond their duties to help guests and make their stay as comfortable as possible. Food is great and the hotel is clean and hygienic. I would recommend staying here.
We were particularly impressed by Heri, Dede (7th floor), Choirul, Rusli, Maya, Ditiya , Ficky, Ahmad Yani, Chef Hardi, Novel, Fatmawati, Desinda, Maria, Samwell , Tubagus, Naris, Nabila (Chef), Nabila (restaurant), Iis, Fitri, Maria, Hilda, Bella, Agil, Agus, Dedi, Deni, Hardi, Dora, Syahrul .... and many more !

The hotel was nice and the staff welcoming. The room was spacious and clean.
Overall the service was fine, however the breakfast menu could stand a refresh as some items were more for lunch or dinner than breakfast.

很好 Overall is a good stay at 7th hotel Lampung, with good wifi strength for internet. The downside is that the room is lacking of electrical sockets (there are only 2 in the room (one at the pantry and one on the dressing table) none of which beside the bed.
They have a good range of breakfast foods. Keep it up.

We stayed at the executive suite. The room is very spacious with comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with loads of choices.
The service was remarkable. Very recommended!
