At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service.

painting on the toilet wall already faded, no plastic used in smelly dustbin that has debris & unchanged smelly comforter on the bed.
