安比卡帝國飯店 (Ambica Empire)

星級評鑑以住宿資訊（飯店提供之服務與設施等）綜合評等為基準，僅供參考

Our stay at Ambica Empire Hotel was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel presents itself as a quality property, but unfortunately the reality falls far short of expectations. The customer service was extremely poor. Staff appeared indifferent to guests' concerns and lacked even the basic standards of hospitality. Requests either took an unreasonably long time to be addressed or were ignored altogether, leaving me feeling like my business simply didn't matter. The rooms were not maintained to the standard expected of a hotel claiming to offer premium accommodation. Cleanliness and overall upkeep were below average, and several amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. Rather than resolving issues, staff offered excuses and showed little interest in ensuring guests had a comfortable stay. There are far better hotels in Chennai that provide superior service, cleaner rooms, and far better value for money. I regret choosing Ambica Empire and certainly won't be returning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional stay. Management needs to take guest feedback seriously and make significant improvements if they hope to maintain any credibility. Recent online reviews have also raised similar concern

The hotel rooms were excellent and well maintained The staff at Concierge, reception and restaurant were courteous and very helpful. Excellent location with easy access to shops and the Nexus Mall

I didn’t like it

Delightful stay. Staff very friendly. Lobby was great and rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet featured Indian dishes but there were omlettes cooked to order too.

Check in experience is very disappointing as only one staff at the reception and customers are kept waiting for the check in / payment and check out

Horrible experience - I booked the club room - the room was stinking. Beds and linen was in horrible condition full of stains. The front desk staffs are lousy and non-responsive, they are not professionally managed. The cost is too high for the quality and standard maintained by the hotel. We are asked to wait for an hour in the corridor while the housekeeping crew was cleaning the room - entirely washing the room with water !!! the dampness in the room made me sick and I have to pay a hefty bill for the doctor.

Please don't suggest to anybody.

it wasn't too bad. but they have annoying wifi daily pass. Hot water wasn't available after 12am till morning.

wifi was not working. Food qlty is not so good. i have become sick after eating it.

Air Conditioner not working, inspite of complaining about it staff did nothing to ensure I had a comfortable sleep at night. Pathetic service.
