Great location, perfect condition and size of room. Very clean and staff was nice

We wish we had known that this hotel was directly under the flight path for the Monterey airport, after being awakened at 5 am by a jet overhead. The astroturf/ carpets on the walkways was disgustingly dirty. Parking for an extra $10 a night, give me a break! Finally, I did not appreciate the bait and switch, when I made the reservation. Quoting one price, and then raising it, when I reserved the room. Not recommended!

Room was very clean. We were there for two nights. They didn’t make the beds or throw out the trash away in the room. We didn’t get clean towels.

The staff here are so sweet! I loved the coffee maker in the lobby. Rooms were clean and had spacious bathrooms. Great layout and rooms for the price! Bed was not super comfy but would stay here again!

Over all I will be going back...

My vehicle was sideswiped while parked in the hotel parking lot. An employee took photos of the damage, but despite multiple requests, the hotel has refused to provide them. I was also informed that the property has security cameras, yet every time I call for assistance, I am given the runaround and receive no clear answers. It has been nearly a week since the incident, and I still have not received a callback from the owner or management. I am repeatedly told that the owner is unavailable. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not stay at this hotel again.

We've stayed here before years ago when there was a jacuzzi and breakfast. Those days are gone and now they charge $10 for parking. And of course, the prices went up. But all in all, we had a pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable but we could hear low flying jets till 11pm and they started up again at 5am. Have breakfast at Grandma's down the street!

Clean rooms easy parking

Very misleading experience. Google photos of the place show a breakfast and hot tub. They have neither! They also charge for parking, which was hidden or in fine print. Right under an airport flight path too. Cute outside with flowers and decor. Stained towels and scratched up floors on the inside. I made multiple attempts to talk to customer service and was assured by the front desk staff that a manager would contact me, but of course neither happened.
