Everything was perfect at thr Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Breakfast for 2 was included during stay. Transportation from hotel to Osala station was almost every 30 minutes which made our trip to Universal studio and downtown so much easier with no cost. There is a shuttle service to Universial studio twice a day. Last great thing was airport limousine service in front of hotel. All staff were very kind and prompt. Hotel is beautiful and has many restaurants and a convenient store. W enjoyed this hotel very much.

The hotel was great, and the room was super spacious. Be aware if you want to use the outdoor pool you need to pay for it. It’s about 45 dollars per person. And the same for the sauna bath. That was a bit of a surprise. The indoor pool was free and you need to reserve both if you want to use them. The hotel is located on the bay and while the shuttle is great, if you miss it you have to wait an hour. Getting to the hotel by transit is super easy and takes about the same amount of time. There were a few restaurants to choose from which was nice if you don’t want to venture into Osaka but they are pricy. And there was a Lawsen in the hotel to get sandwiches and bring them back to your room It was super family friendly, we were able to get a crib. Overall it was a great hotel and we may consider it again. It was nice to unwind after a hectic time in Tokyo.

An excellent hotel; if you want to visit Universal Studios Japan, the hotel offers a shuttle service. It is far from the city's old town. It’s inconvenient because you have to pay a significant extra fee to use the outdoor pool.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location required taking Uber or trains to get out to most restaurants and shops. They advertise pools but not only are they not included with your room you have to pay and also choose a specified amount amount of time to use it.

The only downside to this property was the breakfast options. The buffet was not very good. Also, the restaurants were closed Monday and Tuesday. If you want to go into the city, expect to pay quite a bit for a taxi upwards of $50 US dollars on the train system as you can get around for as little as two dollars per person.

Staff was wonderful and very nice. The rooms were great. The hotel pretty much has everything you need.

Overall it was a good experience.

I highly recommend this hotel because the staff were extremely helpful to find a lost bag at the Sky lounge.The rooms are very spacious and clean. We couldn’t enjoy the pool because of time limitation but overall enjoyed our stay party of 12 friends and family, booked 6 rooms. This property indeed maintain their 5 star status.
