Quiet, staff are extremely helpful. Rooftop pool is good. 0 complaints.

Positives: Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was good (apart from the bread), location is decent. Has a roof top pool and spa. Overall the facilities were good. Areas to improve: start accepting card payments for the hotel deposit at check-in. Expecting guests to either deposit 3000 baht cash or surrender their passports is both unreasonable and inconvenient, and doesn't set the right tone for the start of one's holiday. I'd suggest spraying the room daily with bug spray, I encountered mosquitoes/flying insects in the room everyday. Please provide better quality bread at breakfast!

Awesome modern hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. If you are after a quiet modern hotel this is a good choice. About 15 minute walk to Patong beach and a little shorter to Bangla road. Rooftop pool has a sweet view with plenty of choices of pool cocktails.

Our stay was wonderful. All staff were very friendly. Place was clean and daily room cleaning was great.

The staff go above and beyond. Definately wonderfult peoople.

Clean and easy to access property

Beautiful new hotel with an amazing staff. The receptionist at check in was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast is a great set menu. It's a little far from the beach but the area around it is very interesting. The rooftop pool is awesome. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.
