Nice quiet hotel. Rooms a good size. Slightly out of the centre but an easy walk in.

We had a great time there

Novotel Nantes was welcoming , clean , nicely appointed, well located near the Gare and a good value. What more can you ask for in a hotel?

Stayed one night. It was convenient and safe.

Good staff, but the beds were terrible. The sofa bed in particuliar. We had to change room because one of the bed were brocken. But the quality was bad and very inconfortable. The other bed was ok, but you had to be carefull when you sat on it: you may fall because the bed was not equilibrated

I appreciated the upgraded room at checking to get a room closer to elevator because of disability, but I have found trash that wasn’t picked up in the bathroom. There was also a little smell in the room, most likely coming from the old building the hotel is located in.

The only thing i didnt like was i dint have heating in my room. And other thing when i book nobody told me like i need to pay extra tax of the city, is no a lot but you should tell.

Really conveniently located. Area is a bit mixed due to proximity to train station. Modern, clean, good facilities

Staff were welcoming and helpful
