Nice apartment overall. We did arrive to find it still being cleaned, which meant a bit of a wait for access, but the host handled it well and was responsive throughout. Good communication. The pool is beautiful and genuinely one of the highlights of the property. Worth noting that it's about 40 minutes from old town, where most of the action is. That wasn't an issue for us since we specifically wanted to be close to the airport, so just know what you're choosing when you book this location. The host also let us check out late before our departure flight, which we really appreciated. Would stay again if the location works for our trip.

Easy laundry down the street. Great location. Big clean room. Check in is pretty minimum. Supposed to have breakfast included but had to ask. Never got breakfast for either day offered. Paid extra for the balcony but there was about 2 feet of roof below, hard to see street but pretty straight ahead. Bikes did not work, recommend renting elsewhere

Great location, yummy breakfasts & super kind staff. Definitely would recommend staying here. Our family of 5 enjoyed it !

Spacious and clean room! Service was very friendly, I do recommend this place if ever you’re in Hoi An, not too far from the historic city/area, around 10-15 minutes of walk only.

Be aware that there’s no elevator in this hotel it might be difficult if you have problems to go up and down the stairs especially with luggage…otherwise it’s a good hotel at good location at a reasonable price

Great spot for exploring the old historic area. Lots of great small coffee and food spots. Very enjoyable stay. Front desk staff were helpful. Great room for family.

This property is not a villa, more like a homestay. It is someone's home that they converted the bedrooms into "hotel rooms". There is no elevator, so you need to trek your luggage up the long flights of stairs. It is difficult for elders and young children. The staff will not help bring your luggage up or down, you are on your own. The room was clean, however there was an overwhelming sewage stench in the bathroom that overflowed into the rest of the room. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable. The water pressure was on and off, and the hot water was limited. Their laundry service was more expensive then the 4 stars hotels we stayed at elsewhere. I would not recommend this property.

This place is a gem!! I am thrilled I found it, it is walking distance to Hỏi An old market. There is a great spa across from the hotel. The staff can’t be more welcoming, next to the hotel you can change USD money at an excellent rate. The room is CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. I would come back here 10’x over. They also provide laundry service and gave it back to me at the end of the day. I took the family room that had 3 twin beds and 1 king bed.

Lovely small hotel with nicest staff I have ever encountered. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and lots of dining options nearby. ( Cafe 43was great) Easy walk to Old Town. Would definitely stay again.
