還好 It was very crowded, elevators take forever to go up and down. Bathroom was missing towels . I was expecting better but it was just okay.

Overall ok experience.
Room could have been more clean with bedsheets being looked old and used.
Crew was capable but more courteousness would have been good.

The reception was horrible. The front staff treated us not well. This staff took very long time to take previous customer, but did not request me to wait. Basically told us to SIT in very loud voice. We confused and got cleared after sometime and finally got a room. Room service does not pick up phone for any paper towel etc request. Don’t recommend anyone to stay here.
