Very tired hotel. Room basic and sparse. The food was basic with not much variety. The dining room was very crowded at times with queues for food.

Basic room but ok, very tired particularly the bathroom. Staff were friendly but unfortunately the hotel was full of school groups so every night we had screaming teenagers running up and down the halls with seemingly no intervention from anyone.

Very large hotel in a noisy area and a short walk from the sea front. Very large bar area with rows and rows of small round tables and chairs. Not very comfortable and bright lights so not somewhere you want to spend time at night. However bar staff were helpful and a good range of drinks. There was a tv lounge across from reception. The restaurant was very large and noisy. You had to hunt to find a table to share and then some of the time you were looking for cutlery and napkins etc. The staff were working very hard clearing the tables but finding it difficult to keep up with the volume of people including large school/sports groups. The food was ok and good value for money but not a relaxing experience. The bedroom was ok but a bit scruffy with cracked floor tiles and bathroom door poor condition. The hotel is very dated.

The room was cool with light bedding do in the night you were cold and the thermostat blew cold air. The room was big enough but paper thin walls so you could hear everything. The noise all night was horrendous. People shouting, baging and crashing around in the corridor until 3.30 am!

The hotel itself is good, only the room doesn’t have any acoustic, I can hear everything from outside, ever the other room, sometimes you think someone is inside the room but it’s just from outside

I like that you have parking paid nearby always available. The hotel was noisy.

Unsafe parking locally

Booked quadruple room and when arrived at hotel was greeted with tiny 3 bed room. After I complained they pulled another bed from under ours and tried to move bedside tables there was no space for cases or to walk past. Definitely was not the room I saw photos of. The maid came in after the first night but as we only got into hotel at 3am we declined. After that The whole time we were there (5days) not once did maid clean room. No fresh bedding or towels had to keep putting towels and rubbish outside room. We consistently told receptionist that our bedding needed changed and asked for new towels. The door of the room was stiff to shut and didn’t close properly had to push with force to close it, at one point it locked us in the room. We all left covered in bites and we felt bugs biting us while in bed!

Apart from multiple different schools being there and not being able to access breakfast without queing for about half hour it was ok. Go when there arent any school holidays it gets mental.
