This place is a great location near fuji-Q and the fujisan station, walking distance. Enough parking. Walking distance to alot of restaurant. Road towards the inn is kind of confusing but not difficult. I stayed here twice, first room Was in the main building where the shared onsen is located, it was clean. The second stay was on a separated building which has a private onsen. Both stay are relaxing.

We were traveling by car. It was very convenient location. Easy access to road. Walking distance to Don Quijote. Come with breakfast. Only thing I didn't like was a dryer. It takes forever, and never dried clothes. I gave up and hung them in the room.

Very peaceful hotel near Mt Fuji. Loved the onsen in our room - would stay again.

The facility was very clean and staff were super friendly (and I felt terrible that I couldn’t really understand them but they still tried to help me and were so kind). Breakfast was delicious as well. Room was very comfy and spacious. I enjoyed that it had beautiful scenery outside of the facility and even though it’s a couple minutes off of the main road (if you are walking), it is definitely worth it. The walk to the stations or nearby restaurants was not bad at all. I very much enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful property to stay in, especially for the Mt. Fuji hike. I wish we would have gotten there sooner to enjoy the views. I slept well in the hotel room. Bed was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I rated this place highish for the cleanliness and the included breakfast that was actually good. This is the type of place you book to get a cultural experience...while sacrificing comfort. Our room was supposed to be for 6 people. Well, the 6 beds didn't fit. We had to put beds by the front door and inside the closet. There were 2 mini splits in this tiny room. Neither of them worked. So, instead of fixing EITHER of the mini splits, they just threw 2 small fans in the room and called it a day. Thankfully, we only booked 1 night. So, considering our stay was in the middle of July heat stroke season, we decided to tough it out and regretted. Not the most comfortable stay for the money we paid. We couldn't open windows either since there were no screens for bugs. There was a washing machine available to use. They charged me per load, which was fine. Except that the dryer didn't work well and they had a time limit. The worker kicked my laundry out of the dryer for another customer since the dryer took 2 hours per load and we got stuck with stinky clothes. Another bummer. Trekking to the motel with luggage from the bus stop was an adventure. Don't recommend. The communal bath experience was a first for our family and it was pretty awesome. Everything was clean, the breakfast was plentiful and tasted great. It was all definitely an experience. I don't think I'd book here again ..the lack of air conditioning alone was just not fun, especially for a family with teenagers.

This is a cottage in the middle of nowhere with a pathway from major highway with no lighting, no good choice of restaurants or shops nearby. There is only a construction site at the sidewalk entrance. No recommended if you like neighborhood, restaurants or shops as there is none. Public Transportation can also challenging as buses sometimes don’t stop at the nearest Fuji Q Highland. We have to call uber a few times as there either no bus or we have to wait very long time for one and walked back in darkness passing the construction site.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Location and facilities were great , beautiful trees and nature setting .Thermal spring bath and hot tub were awesome. Property just needs some TLC

If you don’t mind sleeping on the traditional bed mats, then this place is fantastic. Close to restaurants and there’s even an amusement park a 5 minute walk out.
