Kind of and older building, older design, family style, very friendly, helpful, directly in the center of town, good ac, room cleaning, very basic older furnishings, easy, safe place to stay

Decent rooms for the price. Air conditioner wasn’t working well enough to make the room comfortable

Good location and nice staff

Room was spacious, very comfortable bed and fantastic shower. AC worked very well and the place was super quiet. I never heard a single tone from the Boom Boxes of the bars. Staff were fantastic

Clean room, helpful staff, close to all the activities but quiet at night!

Stayed for 2 nights, Great stay in the heart of phi phi, rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and helpful.

I am pleasantly supposed with the facility as its price is very reasonable. The room is spacious, the desk is large and the washroom is well laid out. Although the facility is a bit run down, the staff keep it clean. I have one suggestion for the hotel: the blanket/duvet is too thick. As a result, I had to run down the room temperature using air conditioning. A thinner blanket/duvet can help reduce the AC cost.

The staff were all extremely nice. The hotel itself is in disarray- building is super old and the room was really just average. I found a cockroach in my room in the night and no one was there in the reception to help out. For a hotel in such conditions, the price that was charged is a total theft.

There was no electricity or running water… these are basic necessities. Owners were nice and the location is convenient.

Staff was fantastic. Location was excellent. Noise is invetible from the walkways below but, overall I recommend this place for the reapectful out door type.
