This place was really great. I love a sort of DIY hip hotel like The Foundry Suites. The rooftop is for hotel guests only and has an amazing view of the Acropolis as well as refrigerators and tables where you can have your breakfast. We took our bottle of wine to the roof and kept it cool in the fridge one evening. Its very peaceful up there.
The room was comfortable and had a loft bed which made the space feel large like an apartment more than a hotel. It had a kitchen and everything which would make an extended stay convenient. The staff was so helpful with suggestions of restaurants and bars to go to. Also very LGBTQ + friendly which we always appreciate.
The breakfast is awesome as is the location. I have already recommended this hotel to a friend and his family and they have booked their stay at The Foundry Suites. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Athens.

Our stay in Suite K2 at the Foundry Suites was absolutely outstanding and easily one of the highlights of our time in Athens. The rooftop access was a major bonus, offering stunning views over Athens and the Acropolis—especially in the evening. The staff were exceptional: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. Communication was seamless, and every interaction made us feel well taken care of without being intrusive. The daily breakfast was excellent—fresh, well prepared, and delivered to the room on time.
If we visit Athens again in the future, we know where we will be staying.
