This Hotel is close to BTS, cozy room that convenient to all shopping area and restaurants.

Good for one night stay between destinations. Great street food close to hotel.

Good location and a lovely large room with cable TV that included English language news channels. The policy of charging for even a single bottle of water and not providing a water cooler in reception or a kettle in the room seemed very penny-pinching. Near-boiling water downstairs, but only plastic toothmugs wasn't really a solution. Adequate, western breakfast (not a buffet) but only only one smallish cup of coffee. We stayed twice - we liked it the first time, but whilst Floor 6 seemed to be insect-free, there were several small (4-5mm)insects on our bathroom floor on Floor 5 during the night. Still, not surprising in this climate and I've met far larger visitors in far more expensive hotels than this.

Good location, compact room but quite clean and comfortable, least amenities provided with even no complimentary drinking water and wifi in room!

Stay was good. More cleaniness in terms of Mosquitoes spray behind the bed area and Ants on table to be sprayed.. More staff needs to be deployed.

Location and services were great for the affordable price we paid. The only downside was there were tiny cockroaches in the room (bathroom, beds, cupboards etc). Friend & I were not scared or bothered but it's something that they can improve on. Otherwise we had a great stay! Thanks

Hotel is easy to be found.. Our double bed room is spacious and has a small terrace. However, its so dusty.. I have asthma so room is not good with people with asthma

If you are smoker，please get away this hotel because the management aims to impose a penalty of 2000B for smoking inside the room when you check out just by the smell inside the room. Be careful all all smokers，the residual smoke in your lungs may cause you adequately to pay 2000B，think carefully before you book this hotel.

The male front desk staff was rude and does not read any check in instruction. He even degrading Expedia reservation and almost said reservation was invalid. The female staff was professional. Bed was too firm to provide comfort sleep.

Usually book the new rooms none available the standard room needs upgraded eg toilet shower some broken tiles and shower head should be moved up higher .no light in fridge .the desk staff are very helpfull ,and the area has plenty of shops bus transport food outlets ,i always book this hotel as the roomrate is very reasonable
