When we check inn the room was still dirty and we for 1 hour for them to clean..it’s so rediculus..

Their system is terrible. I availed 4 big rooms but they provided toiletries to just two rooms. We didn't get any tissue for the bathroom, no shampoo nor soap. The distribution of towels was unorganized. Then upon check out they claimed that there were 3 missing towels and we paid 1,500 for 3 ragged towels. But they cannot compensate us for not providing our toiletries. They also don't have garbage cans around the resort so to throw your trash you have to walk around look for one.

Pool, landscapes, access to the beach, Staff, parking is great

We like the kayak experience and the food.

Staff are friendly and accomodating .Breakfast is plated which is not good .They dont have any kettle in your room.The space of the room for people is too small .

My overall stay was good I just want to complain a small thing because even the small dog has to pay 500 pesos despite the fact that the dog did not use the facility. Also, the staff will not recommend better option meaning, budget friendly option, they will offer you first the pricey one. It's a bit pricey.

Place is nice but rooms are not well-maintained. It shows degradation in wear and aesthetic. For a room that is almost 200 usd it is not worth it. They also charge fees for dogs but the area where they can stay is limited, the owner even reprimanded us in a very condescending tone which added to the initial disappointment. Choose another hotel!

You will get what you paid for. Food is cheap but good. A bit noisy during night because of the live band until 10:30 pm. Good if you like that sort of thing

Bathroom is really bad. There is something that smells

Disappointing. I want a REFUND! No beach. Mostly low tide & rocky beach. Pictures are deceiving. Nothing to do. Mosquitoes everywhere. No WiFi. Free breakfast was delayed & it wasn’t good. We checked out early. My worst vacation ever. Never coming back.
