It was a good location but no AC so the room was hot. There is a balcony so that helped a bit in the morning hours.

All fantastic

You pay for what you get, if you are used to very nice four star hotels, you are not gonna like it. Beside that everything works, the team is really nice also. Very practical if you don't wanna spend a lot of money on hotels.

Room was clean, staff were nice, area was pretty convenient but WOW it was noisy!! A lot of street noise

Good location. 15 min walk to Termini station. Felt like the hotel needed a 'maintenance check'. Only minor things. eg toilet seat loose, shower leaked at the base of the shower screen. Wifi was very weak and we were unable to get the TV to work. But overall it was a good stay. Comfy bed, good size room for Rome, daily house keeping and welcoming staff available 24hrs. Numerous cafes and restaurants are close by for meals and the area felt safe. Laundry close by too.

The front desk attendant in the morning of check out was terrible, the guirl at the time of the check in was excellent, room walls were dirty

It is a one or two stars hotel no 3 or 4... .. customer service is average... personally didn't like the area

Good location, walkable, easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff and clean rooms

The lady and the young man at the front desk who attended us were super sweet! We expressed some concerns to the lady and she accommodated us so quickly, would stay here again just because of the staff!!! The only 2 down sides would be the location as it does feel unsafe at night a certain times so we made sure to get back before the sun was fully down. But its not the hotels fault. The other downside was the mattress, it was super firm to the point where we put pillows underneath us so it would give us more support. Besides those two things it was a great stay!

You can easily hear train running from bed, the air conditioning was not working but they switched us to different room after letting them know it is not working, not clean as aspected.
