Room was very small and quite cramped. Was meant to be a suite, but not a chance was it
Bathroom was so small you had to move to the side to close the door
There was no aircon and the room was stifling; you couldn’t leave the balcony door open because of noise
Reception were lovely and super helpful

Very clean and very good location. I didn’t think that the kitchen will have these amenities. We stayed in sea-view balcony room. The staff member is also kind. 100% recommended!

Excellent location, right next to the arcade and within walking distance of the train station and the beach. If you get a room facing the sea, the view is wonderful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire stay.
I happened to stay during a brutal heatwave (35°C+), and the rooms don't have air conditioning. The property does provide spare fans and has ceiling fans, and some rooms have a balcony door for extra airflow, which helped, but it's worth knowing in advance if you're visiting during warmer months.

Reception phoned me to let me know that the room was ready, so that I could check-in early.

we only stayed here for 5 nights but property had everything we needed the kitchen was well equipped with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher and washing machine so ideal for longer stays. bathroom had walk in shower with good water pressure. Hotel is situated in the center of the town a short walk from the train station and close to shops, restaurants, pubs and also about 10/15 min walk to Brighton pier

The staff was always available and very friendly. The room was even better than pictured and so well appointed- laundry tabs, dish soap, espresso pods, tea, cocoa, sugar and milk for coffee and bottled water all in the room ! Comfortable beds and AC unit. Mostly quiet halls and efficient elevator. Perfect location for us 1/2 way between train station and bus stop. Definitely recommend!
