A pleasant stay all around. Room was clean, breakfast had lots of variety (Japanese and Western), location was close to station and the staff was very polite and did their best to answer my questions

Overpriced old hotel far from the quality of its name. Total scam.

The spa was clean with all amenities easily accessible. The room has a workable desk oriented for business stays. Most of the stuff is professionally nice. Considering the budget offered by this hotel is stealing. I would come back to this place for my next visit to Tosu.

Super convenient hotel near the main train station shopping centre. Accidentally booked a smoking room, but the humidifier they provided resolve it.

Basic hotel with budget price for a short stay for visiting the outlet nearby.

The hotel couldn’t provide laundry service shown on the guide, so I have to spend more than 1 hour to finish coin laundry in midnight. The front person said it was because a cleaner had shut up their business.

Chose this hotel as a stopover hotel on the way to Kagoshima.. It is a 3 min walk from the JR station. Pretty good connections to Kurume and Shin Tosu Shinkansen stations via local train lines. There is a mall 3 mins walk from hotel with lots of eateries. The onsen was clean and quite enjoyable. Was only another patron when i went there around 9pm.

The property was great. Parking was easy and the food right outside was awesome! The smoking rooms were very strong, but I guess thats expected (chose wrong room by mistake)

The bed was too stiff for me. The towels smell bad. The breakfast was very good. The service of the staffs were also very good.

the staff was very helpful, and friendly. Also, the sauna was a plus.
