The location of the hotel / apartment is great. Most of the staff was really friendly. Air con great and a lot of shops close by. The problem I had with this hotel is I had to request a kettle and kitchen cutlery, I would assume a kettle would be already be in the room. A member of staff accused me of damaging the curtains which was not great (they were not damaged just stuck)

The room itself is very good. However, I gave it a 4 only because of 2 things. Ist is the presence of tiny roaches in the room, 2nd the bathroom smells urine even after the room service is done.

Staff were very courteous and pleasant and helpful. However, the rooms were not up to standard. The skirting board in the bathroom was rotted, not helped by the weak non functional exhaust which steamed up the whole bathroom and made it super unpleasant. The staff asked us to shower with the door open and leave the ac on auto .. both did nothing for the steam. On top of all that my daughter got multiple bed bug bites and has painful red swellings all over both her lower legs by her ankles. I don’t think we will be returning to this place.

This is a small little hotel tucked in the middle of backstreets in the city. The surroundings are not the best, but one of the main roads is just a few metres away. My wife and I stayed at the Hotel for 6 days and during that time we had some issues with our bathroom and air conditioner unit that were resolved very fast and very efficiently. The hotel is in need of some refurbushing

The property location is near by the heart of Abu Dhabi and easy to get a bus to almost anywhere you want to go

This hotel is terrible. Hari disrespected us. They need physical ID such as physical Passport for checkedIN. We showed passport in our Phone but they did not allow me for checkedIN this is ridiculous. I also gave a call to police.

Contrary to advertising, no parking available at hotel. Hotel refused outright to provide, assist or arrange parking in a very busy location with little public parking during day and none at night. Cannot stay at such a location. Hotel should be upfront about facilities / amenities available and should never lie on their advertisement to misguide customers. Terrible experience. Did not stay at hotel due to their attitude.

All well staff is the best friendly and helpful

Administrators were very polite and helped me with any issues

The property is old and needs a renovation. The room was not as clean as I expected. Reception was really helpful.
