Clean and accessible to shopping areas, courteous staff, nice food

My family and I stayed for one night. We're happy that we got into this nice place. They have a clean room, it's very relaxing and their staffs were very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The place is quiet and the staff are very easy to call on. They give priority to the comfort of the guests which is a characteristic Filipino trait: hospitality. I love how they treat all of the guests the same too regardless of status. Kudos to the staff!

One of the room service personnel barge in on our room just to check and put some notes on the side table. To think I was sleeping with my undergarments only. Very disappointing! Very unethical!

Good stay at this hotel although the room was on the smaller side for the price. There was a particular musty smell, but for a one night stay, it was ok. Good water pressure, and great breakfast.

Good location and hepful staff with very clean rooms

I like the location since its near places like the park etc. The employees were cheerful and easy to talk to. I just had some comments on their facilities like the hair blower wws not functioning, there were no coffee cups, tgere was only 1 chair in our room. My neighbor was so noisy even late at night. But overall i had a pleasant stay for the 4th time in this hotel.
