還好 El último día de mi viaje tuve una emergencia de fuerza mayor que me impidió viajar. A pesar de explicar mi situación, la empresa se negó a ofrecer un reembolso o la posibilidad de cambiar la fecha del boleto debido a su política de cancelación. Al final, terminaron quedándose con todo el dinero que había pagado, sin ofrecer ninguna alternativa. Considero que deberían tener más consideración y flexibilidad en casos de emergencia. Mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante y no recomendaría este servicio.

I traveled with my three daughters for a girls trip. It was in a good area for shopping and eating. The hospitality was amazing and the breakfast options were great. My only disappointment was the water pressure in the shower.

El primer día de estadía, el baño tenía cabello de otras personas. Había un vaso de cristal para tomar y estaba sucio.
Las paredes estaban afectadas por humedad.
La puerta del cuarto se desconfiguraba constantemente con la tarjeta de acceso.
En cuanto a la atención del personal, suficientemente bueno.

Nice reception, ok room, good location for trip pick up and walking to the beach. We didn’t use the amenities on the rooftop.

Our king bed room had a weird layout of 80% bed, leaving the rest of the space feeling tight and cramped. Lighting is either all on or a small bed-side lamp. The bathroom felt dated and lacked amenities like to hang towels and clothes.
Service and breakfast were very good and the lobby and rooftop areas in particular were very nice. The location around is very lively. A bit sketchy but you can find anything you need within walking distance at any hour.
