Wonderful luxurious small hotel in Ayr. Owners are very welcoming. Comfy bed, lovely linens, spacious, quiet. Walkable to town center. Highly recommended.

Great rooms that have been recently remodeled. We were greeted in the parking lot by the owner who showed us the rooms. Very friendly. Easiest check in and check out.

Excellent stay with lovely hosts. Would recommend and stay again

Lovely room and helpful friendly host

We stayed only one night but the room was perfect for our needs. Super clean, Comfy bed, hot shower, 5 minute walk to train station. Had a bit of a problem locking the door (had to turn handle UP) but no real issues. Also, owner was home to let us store luggage late morning before checkin.

First time experiencing a room like that and loved it. Very cosy and has almost everything you need. Owners were nice and helpful. If you do go in the hot weather like it was yesterday take a fan! The room gets so warm even with window and door open.

Lovely accommodation helpful friendly staff and in a great location

Spotless, quiet area, decent shower, comfy very large bed!!

Clean room, convenient location and parking! Would stay again!

Lovely overnight stay here - accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Thanks !
