The room was clean, the tv remote did not work. They need to update some of the furniture.

the only issue was the room had no heating and not enough blankets so we were very cold overnighy.

Quiet and great location.

no staff. helpful on phone. quiet. very dated. mould in bathroom. comfortable bed. not what i expected.

Cosy standard motel room with a little balcony. Clean, but a little dusty, but not an issue. There's a pool, though didn't have time for a swim. Didn't see any staff, it's a call & get door combination number, hence the low score. All in all, not bad, would stay again

Very central to all the attractions of the Port. Super friendly service. Very clean and comfortable.

So central to all port stephens attractions. You can park your car and walk to most popular destinations and courtesy bus services are available from establishments at Shoal Bay like Game Fishing Club and Shoal Bay Country Club also Fingal Bay Bowling club. Super clean, very friendly staff, and a very great price. Highly recommend.

Good access to town centre. Very clean and comfortable, a little dated.

Sadky, we had dome other guests on site that decided to swear and ague

The two nights we stayed when we came home there were other cars in our parking spots.
