Compliment the excellent service from Mr. Reddy in Guest Relations and Mr. Leo in the concierge desk. Lavish breakfast with good Chinese vegetarian options.

The room is old, dark, small, and smelly. They do not deserve the label "five star" hotel. The toilet is so old and low quality you have to push down multiple times for it to finally flush. The air conditioner barely works and will stay warm no matter how much colder you set the thermostat to be. The view is ugly too. Save your money and go elsewhere. The bell service is the worst, they will never come out when you arrived and have luggage, so you will definitely have to take out your luggage on your own. When they did come to you, they will walk so slow until you finished unloading from the car then help you roll your luggage around, which makes them practically useless. When I checked out, they didn't even come out to help you load your luggage to the car. Seriously, do not even waste your money here, you better off staying at 3 star hotel since that is the quality of service they provide. 1 out of 10, will never come back.

Horrible hotel. The staff insisted that I need to pay for the laundry before giving me back my clothes, just because I never deposit, despite I said I will pay upon check out as we are so tired after a full day of walking. But staff still wanted me to go all the down to the lobby to make payment first. Very inconsiderate and unhelpful staff. The breakfast spread is ok, but to me not enough choices. And 3 lifts, 2 were spoiled. Never stayed such a lousy 5 star hotel before.

We had a clean, comfortable room and it met all our needs. There are some restaurants within walking distance but it is a walk away from the main stretch of town. I would stay here again.

First our room was dirty, carpet, and found food remainings on the floor. Carpet was just dirty and the room smell just dirty. We requested to be changed to another room and they requested to upgraded. We did upgrade for $200. More. The food was not what we expected. Just very plain and simple. Did not have hot tea option. We have been to other hotels in Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai and they absolutely offered much better services. I will not recommend this hotel at all. We will come back to Zhangjiajie, but will stay at a different hotel for sure. For what ever a customer pay, the least we all deserve is a CLEAN ROOM. I hope business owners do take into consideration customers’ reviews. At the end of the day it is up to us to keep your business running.

The female attendant at the bar was very gracious. Bringing me my own bucket of ice. An extra touch which I appreciated.

It’s ok very hardly speak English plus breakfast is ok not too good location is perfect rooms are good but they turn off Acc we use fan

Enjoyed our stay at the Pullman and would highly recommend this property. The staff was extremely helpful at all times and the room was very comfortable.

Pullman hotel had a fantastic breakfast that really helped us fuel our bodies for long days of hiking in the National Forest. The foot messages at the hotel spa were fantastic and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location to walk to the waterfront and restaurants.
