Worth the money I paid but outdated interior. The hotel desperately needs a makeover but has massive potential. Ideally located in the middle of new market so sky’s the limit for this hidden gem of a hotel

Nice rooms, helpful staff. They helped my senior citizen mom with early check in and wake up calls too.

The room was not as described or pictured. Nothing deluxe about it. The bed board was old and worn off. It appeared the staff downgraded my room. Hotel in general is getting old and needs upgrades and renovation.

The revelation was the roof terrace restaurant and cocktail bar on the 10th floor. Fabulously cooked Indian menu, good cocktails and an eagle that swooped around the top of the building in search of pigeon.

Excellent friendly staff. Good breakfast

This property is absolutely not recommended for people who would want a decent stay. It’s not clean, stinky and old dirty utensils…..

Very very close to New Market. Just Wow.

It’s a comfortable stay , Heritage appeal , The bell boy Raja is incredibly helpful , Room was a bit small , but given the historical nature it’s bearable ,Only slight discomfort is the noisy window ac , Rest it’s a fantastic stay , not to forget right in front of the iconic New market

Spot on location, hardworking and friendly staff & overall an excellent stay & experience ! Thank you to all the staff from Manager, Receptionist, housekeeping to the Guards for their service in making it a memorable holiday experience !

We were given a different room than what we paid for. After complaining to Hotels.com they called and offered to show us the correct room. Hallways are dirty, linen not the nicest, towels stained. Very little hot water but typical for India. Probably a nice hotel in the day. Great location across from the New Market. Cleaning staff and front door staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooftop bar/restaurant was very nice.
