The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. However our bathroom door was broken. It was a pocket door and it wouldn’t move to be closed.

everything was clean, staff was helpful, and the outside pool was both open & clean, with no other pool users. Beds were comfortable. We had train tracks outside our room, but the trains did not disturb us sleeping
we booked a two day stay, and just needed to get our room keys updated after day 1 to get use of the elevators and rooms for the second day.

I was the solo guest in a field of otherwise World Cup guests from around the world. The place was packed. Needed a place to stay for the weekend while on business in the area. And, had to park an obnoxiously large trailer while at it. Staff rocked. They took great care of me, understanding my situation, while simultaneously taking care of all the World Cup visitors. The room was clean, well-appointed and met all my needs. Breakfast was very nice. I have no issues.

Everything was alright I just didn’t appreciate the front desk service.
I booked a two bed room and when I checked in they didn’t clarify that the room I was getting was actually one bed.
When I saw the room I went to front desk to ask for a solution but they didn’t offer any help.
Front desk just need better training on how to deal with problems .
