Good location, nice room. Clean

Horrible experience

It’s nice and clean here. Not super modern, but everything works and is in good condition. Easy walking distance to the exhibition/fair. My room facing the courtyard was really quiet, so I could sleep with the window open at night without annoying noise. The breakfast buffet was really good, and the staff taking care of it were absolutely amazing 👍 Right next to the hotel, there’s a place where you can grab something to eat or have a glass of Turkish tea. Parking is at Arena P, just around the corner. I’d happily stay here again.

Yes, but door lock very complicated

Sehr sehr gutes Frühstück, freundlich-hilfsbereites Personal und gute Lage

Excellent location, clean room with all the necessities. Coffee in the room would be nice but overall would stay again.

Schöne saubere Zimmer und Bäder, waren jetzt schon 2x dort und kommen gerne wieder

Very friendly and helpful staff

The staff at the rec option desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was an ok size for a single occupancy. Typical twinbed style as it is common in Europe. Clean room. Comfortable mattress (I prefer the harder mattresses), and shower and sink water pressure were perfect. It is also only a 10-minute walk to Koelnmesse or one subway stop.

Perfect location to Exhibiton and station. Restaurants nearby
