Très belle accueil ,bon service et très propre

Location is perfect for those who want to catch everytging in Cairo i.e. close form downtown & GIZA at the same time The view from the hotel rooms facing the street is calmful and amazing.

The room was clean, the water pressure was excellent, the staff was kind and attentive especially with laundry. We stayed for 2 weeks and never once had an issue, in fact this hotel was our home base as we explored all over Egypt. I will be staying at the Swiss Inn Nile again when I return to Cairo.

My medication i had with me from Norway was taken from my room and I forgot my Nike shoes that cost me 200 dollars and on the last day my kids were in the hotel shop and the guy that worked there tried to take my daughters money from her pocket. My daughter came up to the room and were shocked and I told her come with me we can go back she said no I don’t want to buy anything anymore. I am sad that the hotel I always stay at does something like this. I’m not going there anymore even though I like some of the staff and they are very nice like Sayed and Shihab and the new girls at the reception and Taha and Abdulrahman, Ahmad Moza and manager Samar. Thank you I am still sad that I have to write something like that

Need some improvement on bathroom smell

Room are quite good but little bit old and dirty. Also when taking shower floor of bathroom will be in water.
