Nice hotel, but they almost didn't understand English and the breakfast was not good, actually, nothing to eat. Coffee was no good and there was not enough food. Location is excellent though.

Staff were quite accommodating and friendly. Room was clean.

Excellent stay. Stored our luggage in advance of arriving and helped forward along at the end. Provided us with a baby cot and staff were super friendly. Great location for access to Osaki station on the Yamanote line.

Clean rooms but dated. Staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was filling and varied.

The room was clean, if you want you room cleaned, you have to be out of the room before 10 and make sure to put the magnets outside the door so they know! You’re right next to Osaki or Ohsaki station very convenient, there is a natural Lawson and a few coffee shops up there! I really enjoyed the hotel, I didn’t go to the gym or pool so I can’t really say much.

Staff were great. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but overall still very good. The hotel is also close to Osaki station which made navigating Tokyo a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleaning took a long time. No gym in the hotel but attached to a public gym which required daily payment but gym closed all day Monday. As well breakfast not in hotel in a restaurant next door and NOT worth the cost. Beds comfortable and room quiet.
