Unfortunately there are a lot of smokers in Korea, so it makes the room smell like cigarettes and surrounding streets are very dirty and littered with cigarettes. But the staff keeps everything clean and go above and beyond American hotel services, even with language barriers. I also appreciated their availability in the morning and late hours. There's yummy restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it's a 10 min walk from the train station.

Location was not ideal as I thought it was, but everything else was great!

The property was close to convenience stores, coffee shops, and food restaurants. Pricing per nice was reasonable and it's a good starting point for the Korea trip.

Although receptionists aren't as proficient in English, but they are very sincere in providing the best service and ensuring our stay is comfortable. The hotel provides unlimited free bottled water and coffee machine for all guests at the reception area. Room is of a good size too. They may not be proficient in English but they try their very best to understand us. Beds are a little on the harder side though. Overall a really good and happy stay at Soma Hotel. Location is rather convenient as well. Will stay again if I have a chance. Thank you Soma Hotel!

It is very close to Citizen's Park subway station. Room was clean and very spacious. I love how spacious the bathroom was too. Overall we had a great stay at Soma Hotel and we are to come back in Incheon, we will definitely stay there again.
