This is a great hotel in the perfect location to walk to all the main areas of the city! Rooms are very nice. Nice friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Right in the center of it all. Easy to walk to all sites, restaurants and shops. Very quiet, clean rooms, with large bathrooms. AC worked great. It is a longer walk from the train, if you have luggage take a taxi or a bus.

Beautiful hotel close to everything but quiet and peaceful at night during the heart of tourist season.

Nice location and nice rooms

Amazing 5 star all the way from facilities to the Staff!! Definite stay here, you will not be disappointed! Don and terri

Clean, comfortable and great location. Breakfast was lovely too.

We had a three-night stay in Bruges and the property was fantastic. The decor and the upkeep of the property are excellent. The air conditioning and everything works nicely and looks great. The staff were very, very helpful. In fact I had to visit the hospital and before I went one of the staff had called her local doctor and got a little bit of advice, and it proved very useful. The main thing I want to say about this hotel group is it's excellent. They seem to treat their employees very well so employees give the customers a very good service as well . The only missing amenity is a Gym

The staff were helpful and friendly. Asmina helped me from checking-in, requests during my one night stay, and through check-out. She always had a welcoming demeanor at all times. The location is great! - just a few minutes from the Markt. The room had the amenities you need, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had adequate space. If you need an iron, they will bring it to you separately. The hotel was quiet. I did not eat at the restaurant nor use the bar. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent location for sightseeing in Bruges. Very central, but the hotel was still very quiet at night. Delicious breakfast with plenty of variety. Very helpful and pleasant staff too

Beautiful place quite the friendliest staff. The location was perfect. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really nice. I would definitely come back!
