Just spent 4 wonderful nights in Verona. The accommodation was perfect and was the icing on the cake for our visit. Returning to our lovely air conditioned rooms was delightful after walking visiting all the sights. Staff were always friendly, happy, helpful and were very sweet when I tried out my very poor and limited Italian . If we visit Verona again which we intend to we will stay here, perfecto.

What a treat! Booked last minute and greatly exceeded what we were expecting - thank you! Perfect location for the Opera as well, excellent facility.

The Opera Relais de Charme was everything I could have asked for, and more! The check-in process was straightforward and simple and Roman, who checked me in, also upgraded my room! The room was so beautiful, and large, and of course spotless, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, too. The hotel is in a perfect location where you can walk to all the main sites. I would not hesitate to stay here again.. everything about it was too notch.

The best location in Verona, walking instance to the most important attractions and plazas, could not have asked for more. Very clean and comfortable room for our family of 5, highly recommended!

Amazing property. Clean and spacious. Can’t beat the location A+ all around

Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. Best location for our purposes (opera at the Colosseum)

Excellent location at the heart of the city.

My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights in Jun-26 and we would definitely recommend. Fantastic location for Verona with everything so accessible. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and extremely clean/well maintained.

This is a wonderful apartment hotel in the heart of Verona. The location is very central, just steps away from the Verona Arena and close to many dining options and shops. The room spacious and well equipped, with a kitchenette and espresso machine. Housekeeping was outstanding--our room was cleaned promptly everyday, and the room is very clean and well maintained. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, which had a bedroom and a separate living room/kitchen area. Very comfortable stay, especially if you are staying for more than a few days. Hotel provides next-day laundry service for an extra fee. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spotless and we had changes of towels and bedding during our 4 night stay. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Amenities in the room were excellent with use of fridge, microwave and coffee machine and pods provided . Apartment in a good position, 5 minute walk from the Arena.. Although no breakfast included, they offered an Italian breakfast delivery service which we took one morning Would definitely recommend
