The rooms and showers are on the smaller side, especially if you’re used to more spacious accommodations in USA. That said, the hotel makes up for it with genuinely friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast is surprisingly good in fact, noticeably better than what many places in the USA offer at a similar level. The location is another advantage, everything you might need is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without relying on transportation. Overall, despite the compact room sizes, the service, breakfast quality, and excellent location make this a solid choice.

Staff was helpful and friendly , great location , near train station Breakfast was great , had variety of items . Air conditioning a plus ! Easy walk to the riviera and some great shops .

Perfect location for travelers needing to be close to the train. Felt safe. However, the water from the showers and sink in the room smelled terrible. Not sure what that was about but it made us feel a bit sick for a few days. Elevator is available but very slow. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is €10/day/person and wasn’t worth the money in my opinion, unless you enjoy basic options (cold cuts, coffee, bread). You had to juice your own fresh OJ and boil your own eggs. Room and bathroom are very small but enough for 2 people on a short trip. I would come back again if only for a really really cheap price and for a short stay, assuming the water doesn’t smell.

I slept too late for breakfast but I’ve heard it excellent. It’s a great location for train and exploring Nice. Is it the Ritz? No. But it has great charm and great staff. I’ll be back next Grand Prix if they will have me.

The lift was very slow, I used the stairs most times. They change the sheets once in 3days

Breakfast was underwhelming and the dining room was too small - other than that, good location and great staff. Will consider staying here again just probably won't spend extra on breakfast and grab it somewhere else.

Rooms are small but expected in a city. Arrived late one evening & check in was good. The bathroom was so small & a tiny shower tray so we changed rooms the next day. Larger shower tray & room seemed more updated. Good breakfast. Did not use any facilities such as rooftop.

The hotel was small but bright and cheerful as were our rooms. The rooftop view was lovely and our comp breakfast was well made well presented and there were a lot of options. I noticed the cheeses were locally sourced and that felt like I was really getting a taste of authentic France. The front desk was excellent and made our stay easy. They even arranged our taxi.

Check in staff were fantastic and location of hotel was ideal just off the Main Street. Did leave hotel with multiple bits and reported this to staff. We’re sone unexplained eggs and what looked like bugs on sheets. I was assured after check out this was checked and was told if was mosquitos in February. Asked several times via email to clarify bedding no actual response was given on this.

Staff were superb esp the gals at the front desk
