The front desk manager was sooo kind and helpful during my stay!!! I had a late flight and she

Clean room, the staff very helpful.

Very clean room. Spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered breakfast that was good and convenient. Definitely will stay again. Felt very safe and was easy access to the interstate.

Decent breakfast,

There was no coffee in the room no microwave to heat your own hot water. And when somebody pounded on the door at midnight, there was no people to look out to see who was pounding. I’ll never go back.

Front desk staff was great.. the room was clean but bathroom needs work. Our TV was inoperable in first room.. we waited over half hour for maintenance and they never came. We were then switched to another room. Continental breakfast was good.. coffee was delicious.

The room wasn’t handicapped accessible

Helpful staf

Good

Pool was not usable because they were waiting for the health department to inspect the pool. The Building was old and in need of some repairs and or updates. It was adequate but not what we expected from Hilton. The staff was great and polite and knowledgeable. They would be the reason I return. Breakfast options were limited. Particularly there was a young lady who was very accommodating and hospitable.
