Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very delicious.
Staff are polite, kind, and helpful.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Location is not too far from a subway station!

Enjoyed my stay for 3 nights. This hotel is next to Suzhou Riverband and very convenient to get access Metro and DiDi service. It has a beautiful Suzhou River view, quiet yet close to many shops.
Breakfast is good but less variety.

Worn out hotel, with damaged leaking bathroom, rooms and hallways smell of cigarettes, growing mold on carpet around bathroom. No facilities, terrible breakfast, no place to buy and enjoy food or even a drink. Reception staff use a translator app to communicate the bare minimum.

Next to the Suzhou River Band near WuNing Bridge, beautiful. Night view is incredible in non raining day. There is a foreigner friendly bar/food area near the bridge. Many people walk and run along the river. Love it.
The breakfast could be improved. Pretty basic.
