On suite private spa ( jacuzzi, steam room, projector with speakers & home entertainment ) was really, really good. Casting your own music or movies was seamless. Very good experience, was my anniversary so they really made an effort. Would surely visit again

Nice property in a cool neighborhood. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gym is above average for a hotel.

Massimono Marc Valeria and all of the main desk staff were incredibly kind caring attentive helpful respectful in ways I haven't seen in all my 45 years of international traveling Paolo and the entire bar staff also friendly and accommodating above and beyond expectations Only the addition of a pool , and perhaps more food service hours, would have the experience even more perfect

The great- Staff is incredible. SO professional and helpful. The not so great- Be aware the pool/hot tub is an up charge of $100++ for one hour, it is NOT included as it appears on the listing. Room was incredibly dusty, especially opening the curtains and we found clothing from prior tenant under the bed, house keeping was responsive with towel/coffee requests. The location is about a 15 min walk to the Tiber River and the condensed shopping area. Staff explains how to take the bus which is pretty easy. The tourist area is about a 15-30 walk.

Stayed in a family room, which was a good size and good quality. Didn’t use the spa but it looked pretty expensive. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as there was a lot of options you had to pay extra for. Roof terrace was closed but I guess that’s due to it being early March. All the staff seemed very pleasant

Excellent room (family room, separated by a sliding door). Two bathrooms (which we weren't expecting). Staff super friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast, lots of options available to choose from.

The staff were amazing the spa was a must as it was so relaxing. The room were nice and the beds were comfy. They sorted out the taxis too and from the airport for €70 each way. Was a shame there was no sports massage available as they are redoing the room they use Will defo go again if traveling to rome.
