Simple, clean, charming! Comfy bed, great shower. Nice and close to shops and cafes. Friendly and helpful staff…Loved the breakfast!

The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect.

The hotel is

The rooms are extremely small. We took a double room and barely could fit our luggages. There is no space to move in the room. And the bathroom is horrible. The toilet is in a narrow area. It was difficult to be comfortable to sit in there. We had to use the other toilets on the 4th floor sometimes because it was getting very uncomfortable. The AC does not run during the day if it's more than 25 degrees to ''reduce'' energy consumption. So it would get very hot at the end of the day when we would come back. I would not stay there again unfortunately.

The staff were excellent. Very professional and helpful.

Good location and value. Unfortunately the air conditioning would not go under 24 degrees and there was a lot of noise from staff cleaning and from other guests, both making it difficult to sleep.

Our fifth visit to this hotel. Comfortable rooms, great location, fantastic restaurant underneath. Staff are always attentive.

I recently stayed at this hotel and have been trying to follow up regarding an issue that requires a review of room access records. I made this request several days ago and have since followed up, including through Expedia, but have not received a response or the requested information. I understand that these matters can take time to review, however the lack of communication is concerning.

It was very good for one night…very Petite…perfect location for site seeing
