The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive. We felt like valued guests . They arranged for our transportation to the airport which created a stress free departure.

I had such a great stay here. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment I arrived - they even offered to take care of my luggage before I checked in, which I really appreciated after traveling. The service was excellent throughout my stay, everything felt easy and well taken care of. The breakfast was also really good with plenty of options, and the whole place just felt comfortable and well run. They were very accommodating with anything I needed, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. Overall, just a really positive experience. I’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, a very good stay for the money. The location is convenient, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a good base for exploring Lisbon, and I felt it offered solid value. I would stay here again.

Good simple breakfast, all amenities worked

This is a great hotel. I have stayed here twice. Amazing location for dining, walking, transportation, and experiencing Lisbon. I was traveling solo.

On the positive side, the receptionist is extremely polite, informative and helpful, the rooms are cleaned to a good standard everyday and the hotel has a convenient location, close to transport, restaurants and supermarkets. On the negative side: - management really needs to renovate and upgrade rooms: only two sockets very badly located (across the beds, not next to them) - even too far for you to use the coffee maker, also, the built-in closet is not deep and wide enough so we can't fit our clothes properly there. The room has a coffee maker, but no coffee capsules or tea bags, sugar (I was told I'd need to purchase that), which is basic even in simple guesthouses, only a tiny bin in the toilet (we could also have bin the room). -The dining space is very small and can get too crowded. No salt/pepper/sugar sachets or shakers on the tables, meaning you need to keep standing up to go to the buffet to get these supplies.
