Good stay

Good location, excellence staff and airport transfer with the very affordable price. Management did take note my prior request for adjoining room at ground floor as we have 2 elderly. Hotel lobby looks new and beautiful but the rooms a bit darker, wallpaper had peeling off, grayish pillow case and stained W.C. Would not mind to stay again in future if all these limitation had been improve.

The floor was dusty , and the bath towels were old

Prior arrival I had emailed the hotel to confirm my airport transfer but none came at the airport. When I called the hotel to ask, was told to wait 15mins. When still no transfer arrive after 15mins I called again but was told to call their driver myself. In the end I had to make my own way there. There is no lift in the hotel. Room was poorly lighted.

Nice and clean hotel, very near the airport. The best thing the hotel is provide van to and from hotel, although the hotel only have one van which have to wait if the van is full. So my groups have to split into two and let them wait at airport for the second round trip to hotel.

I think theirs something wrong with the power plug during my stay there,i like my stay there but please have look on the power plug as it is dangerous and harmful to your future guests.thank you.

I was on 6 hours transit in KK, so i chose this hotel which was just 10mins away from the airport. Its good for an overnight stay.

Leaking bathroom and no cleaning for 3 days n 2 nite staying.
