Bonjour. J'ai pris une suite. Avec terrasse pendant 2 jours. Le cendrier. N'avait pas été vidé. La baignoire n'était pas très propre. La literie du lit, pas du tout confortable. L' Organisation du parking. Qualité prix pas correct..

Nice stay in this hotel. Staff very helpful and hotel was in a good location.

Extremely friendly staff very helpful. Every request was dealt with in a very professional way will visit again.

We arrived late, the front desk staff was super helpful and really friendly. Would definitely recommend as a perfect stop over, Well located and easy to get around

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location for visiting the centre of Rouen.

Right when we pulled up a homeless person was peeing right outside the entrance. And the bar situation was super weird.

Great hotel, very close to city center. Tiny room with a comfortable bed.

Bien situé, service impeccable, propre.

Great location, friendly and dedicated staffs! Really recommend the stay

The room was very comfortable with safe and secure parking. It also had air conditioning which was fantastic since it was over 30 degrees C whilst we were in Rouen. The breakfast was great.
