The hotel was located on a narrow street and felt more like a hostel. There were also many stray dogs around the hotel that barked constantly, especially at night. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely breakfast in the morning. Toilet didn’t work very well.

no refrigerator

This seemed like a good a budget stay as I booked a little over a month before at about 50-54 cad per night. It also offers laundry service at 100 per kilo, I don't remember seeing signs for it, the reception let me know. Ac was cold so that's great. Didn't use the tv but we did check to see it was working. Breakfast was included with your stay and yummy. The rooms could definitely use some improvements and some modernization and probably some ant traps.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean, it's very close to the beach and the staff is lovely. We loved our stay there, they were all very nice and helped us booking everything. Thanks!

Booked months in advance. The property was closed for renovation when I it’s time to check in with giving me any notice but still available for booking online. And now they refuse to refund my money back. Pure scammers!!!!

Quiet area, friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast are all reasons to stay here.

Nothing worked. Didn't even stay checked in and left immediately and found a new hotel

very clean and beautiful room at good price compared to other hotels in el nido. I was very satisfied, thank you.

The suite is good :) We had a great stay all of the staffs are helpful. Highly recommended.
